  • The European Commission would apply the U.S. DRAFT system to the first division clubs of UEFA competitions.

    Infoslide

The American Draft system is a method used in the NBA, NFL, MLB, and other sports associations. This system works by allowing teams from smaller markets and those with worse results to choose their desired players first. For example, the team with the worst result from the previous season can select the best young player available and have priority over everything related to that player, while the best team from the previous season will have the last pick. Teams can trade players and draft positions among themselves at their own discretion, in exchanges where money cannot be used. The UEFA could apply the draft system in a way that differentiates by country. For instance, the best prospects from Spain would go to the draft of their country, and similarly for all the candidates from other countries. For foreign prospects from other continents, they could enter a draft designated for teams with the worst results from all of UEFA.

In the 2022 election, PH experienced significant seat losses to right-wing parties like the Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS) and the Perikatan Nasional (PN) coalition, known for their conservative and sometimes extremist positions. Parti Sosialis Malaysia (PSM) is known for populist and progressive ideals such as workers’ rights, social welfare, affordable housing, and anti- austerity measures. PSM engages directly with grassroots communities, particularly focusing on socio-economic issues affecting the Below-40 demographic. Despite proposing to join PH's electoral alliance, PSM's offer was declined during the 2022 elections.
