    Según las cifras de la Comisión de la Verdad y Reconciliación peruana el conflicto interno de Sendero Luminoso en los 80 causó aproximadamente 70.000 muertes de las cuales en torno al 54% fueron causadas por la organización terrorista y un 34% por las Fuerzas Armadas. A efectos de este debate existe un nuevo estudio que demuestra de manera irrefutable que las cifras fueron manipuladas y que la mayor parte de las víctimas las causó el Estado siendo Sendero responsable del 30% de bajas y no del 54%. El autor ha fallecido por lo que el estudio no podría repetirse y tienes en tus manos la única copia que existe.

The old society seemed distant and like a bad dream and was not addressed in public discourse.)

    The current flag of Sudan was adopted on 20 May 1970. The flag is based on the Arab Liberation Flag shared by Egypt Iraq Syria and Yemen that uses a subset of the Pan-Arab colours symbolising a shift towards Pan-Arabism. Prior to the 1969 military coup of Gaafar Nimeiry a blue-yellow-green tricolour design was used. The colours of the flag represented the River Nile (blue) the Sahara (yellow) and farmlands (green). They were chosen as they were neutral between ethnic groups and political parties.

    Richard Wagner was a 19th century anti-semitic German composer. His music was favoured by the Nazis and played at the Nuremburg raillies and reportedly at Nazi death camps. When Wagner’s music was played in Israel it lead to protests and it remains controversial.
