This house would give the Roma and travellers of Europe full representation in the European Union

The term 'Roma and Travellers' is used to encompass a wide diversity of groups with dispersed populations across predominently Europe, including (but not limited to) Roma, Balkan Egyptians, Eastern groups, Travellers, and persons who identify themselves as Gypsies. Although many of these groups see travelling as part of their identity, they choose to live in different ways including regular housing, living permanently in mobile homes, travelling based on the seasons, and being 'on the road'.

On the other hand horizontal morality condemns the values that vertical morality deems virtuous rather praises the weakness they have. It values qualities such as empathy kindness communality and selflessness.
