    There are generally two approaches to addressing school bullying: In the ‘Administration Model’, the Office of Education, which oversees schools in a given area, steps in upon receiving a report. They automatically convene the Violence Committee within the Office to handle the case, with teachers from the reported school unable to intervene. Ultimately, it is the Violence Committee that determines the punishment for the offender. In the ‘School Model’, individual school itself, along with its teachers, takes the lead in managing reported cases. They have the autonomy to decide on the appropriate resolution, whether it involves mediation or disciplinary measures (e.g. internal Violence Committee).

Eggs would be approximately chicken sized and would be laid monthly, regardless of whether they had been fertilised by a sperm. Fertilised eggs would be a noticeably different colour. Non-fertilised eggs would not grow or hatch into a human. Fertilised eggs would grow gradually if tended to by human contact, and eventually hatch into a human baby.

The event is held in the luxurious capital city, the Capitol, whose residents live in abundance, cannot be chosen for the games, and enjoy the games as a spectacle, while the districts live in terrible poverty. The Games were introduced 75 years ago as punishment for a rebellion against the Capitol's dictatorship, and since then, they have been a means of control and fear over the population. You are Katniss, the 17-year-old winner of the 75th Hunger Games, who has become the symbol of the revolution against the Capitol after your victory. During the struggle in the revolution, you lost your younger sister, friends, and witnessed the horrors of the dictatorship. This implant is connected to a tablet, where you can monitor your daughter’s vitals, and her exact location, and see the world from your daughter’s eyes. For the purposes of this debate, this technology is reasonably assured to work and is safe. However, once this implant is installed, it can never be removed.
