You are approached by a man named Jinpachi Ego who has designed a program called bluelock, where he's made an agreement to have 300 of the most promising young talents in japan be coached by him in a cutting edge facility to become the best striker in the world. His philosophy is based around producing strikers who are selfish and hungry for goals and doing it through cut-throat competition, where people are tested and eliminated constantly. The catch is that if you are eliminated from bluelock you forefit the right to ever play for the Japanese national team.

    Manchester United is currently owned by the Glazers family, who are known to take out high amounts of dividends from the club, pile up more debt, and not invest much in club infrastructure. They have announced their interest in selling the club and there are currently two bids: one of Sheikh Jassim Al Thani from Qatar and Sir Jim Ratcliffe from England. Sheikh Jassim Al Thani promises to buy the entire club, get rid of its debts and invest heavily in facilities and player transfers. Sir Jim Ratcliffe wants to buy 51% of the club (while the rest of the shares stay publicly traded in NYSE and partially owned by the Glazers family) and has an experience of owning Nice Football Club in France and is a minority shareholder of Mercedes AMG Petronus Formula One team. He (Sir Jim Ratcliffe) also pledged a fan centric approach to governing the club.

The commercial expansion strategy includes partnering with Netflix to produce the Drive to Survive documentary which has been known to overdramatize the events in the sport, prioritising commercially lucrative countries (such as the US - thrice in 2023) for hosting rights, making drivers do more fan service than they are comfortable, and interpreting and implementing regulations to get more viewership at the expense of precedence and norms.

II) You are a male professional chess player in your mid-thirties who has achieved FIDE Master status. Despite multiple attempts to advance further you have been unsuccessful in attaining an International Master (IM) status. III) You also run a relatively well-known chess channel on social media platforms (Youtube, Twitch etc.) which has become increasingly hard to manage given your preparation for competitive chess.

    I) In club football, 'Ultras' refer to a long-standing group of institutional fans renowned for their fanatical support. They are membership-based organizations that aim to create an atmosphere which intimidates opposing teams/fans through the use of verbal support, flares, banners etc. In some cases, Ultras have been associated with violent altercations with rival fans during games. II) While Ultras are not directly associated with the football club, they organize meetings with the staff/coaches and have reserved seats in stadiums. III) Many Ultras also engage in political activism across the spectrum. Examples include Indonesian club Persebaya's Ultras (the Bonek) campaigning against FIFA corruption, Turkish club Beşiktaş’ “Çarşı”protesting against president Erdogan's repression and Inter Milan's Curva Nord supporting right-wing Italian politics.
