This data is objectively collected by all relevantauthorities (e.g., police, corporations, civilian reports), and is recorded ina public centralized database.The scores can affect various aspects of life, such as access to loans, jobopportunities, and travel privileges. Higher scores may lead to perks (e.g.,lower interest rates), while lower scores could result in penalties orrestrictions. However, under this system, individuals are given personalizedtips by the government to increase their scores.

    In August 2020, the administration of President Donald Trump issued a ban on TikTok (owned by the Chinese company ByteDance) operating in the U.S., citing national security concerns. The U.S. government feared that TikTok user data could be transferred to the Chinese government, although ByteDance denied this. The TikTok ban in the U.S. would take effect if ByteDance did not sell or transfer TikTok's operations in the U.S. to an American company. In this context, in September 2020, Oracle and Walmart announced an agreement to acquire a stake in TikTok in the U.S. According to the initial agreement, Oracle would hold a 12.5% stake in TikTok Global and become the technology partner responsible for storing all American user data on secure servers in the U.S. Walmart would hold a 7.5% stake and participate in the app's e-commerce sector. ByteDance would retain 80% of TikTok Global's shares, but since the majority of ByteDance's shares are owned by American investors, TikTok would be considered an American company.

As the Sim's health deteriorates, the green will become paler until it becomes neutral white, yellow, orange, red, and even deeper shades of red when in worse conditions. For the purpose of this debate, Plumbobs do not simply reflect one's momentary mood.
