This means all major human governments have collapsed, disbanded, or are substantially less powerful and relevant. For the purpose of this debate, this AI global governance was not elected by humans and aims to provide for the good of the world.

Large language models are more suited for applications that need orchestration of complex tasks involving advanced reasoning, data analysis and understanding of context.
