A survey in May 2024 conducted by the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO) on 124 large healthcare companies found that 79% have at least one contract with or purchase one product from China-owned or China-based clinical data management organisations. For the purposes of this debate, this Act will be in effect immediately.
