They are humans who have appliances instead of heads, such as microwaves, cameras, or speakers. They are currently working on a cure to the skibidi disease and have agreed to take you under their protection. If you join the skibidi toilets, you will become a skibidi toilet. If you join the mechanical heads, you are allowed to remain a human.
