It has been described as an attempt to create an international hub:city such as Dubai or Doha in Saudi. Last week Saudis human rights abuses have been highlighted by the (presumed) brutal assassination of Saudi 'Washington Post' columnist Jamal Khashoggi within the Saudi consulate in Istanbul.
